Monday Morning Mustangs

      This is the way we like to start a new week, with the best Mustang pictures we can find. That is a routine many of us serious Mustang enthusiasts have found to be the best way to start our week with the a positive attitude. 

     The world is a stressful place these days, and we need to find ways to avoid getting caught up in all the negative emotions. I choose the best distraction available to relieve the stress of this modern life. That means trying to enjoy my love of beautiful and inspiring cars. 

     The world is full of many excellent cars to enjoy observing from a distance. Most of them way too expensive to ever own myself, but beautiful to admired. Mustangs are the only ones I have actually had the pleasure of owning and driving.  They will always be a favorite for me.

Frontend Friday

      We’ve made it through another week, ready to enjoy the weekend, and maybe think about some plans for how we might like to spend the summer this year.  Can we forget all the stressful things going on in the world, and think about how we might find some relaxing time to refresh our outlook on life?

     Maybe start the summer season with a peaceful little road trip to a favorite destination, where we can forget about the troubles of the world, enjoy some quiet time, and refresh our mind with relaxing thoughts. I think we might need some of that.  I know I do, how about you?

Timeless Taillight Tuesday

      This image from the old movie “American Graffiti” has special meaning to me. I’ve used it on my blog several times in the past. The type of street racing featured in that movie is something I participated in for many years, and was the inspiration for my book; “Grab Some Gears  -  40 Years of Street Racing”.  My followers on social media have seen this image used before, especially to celebrate “Taillight Tuesday” , and that’s what prompted this post again today.  I enjoy those memories.
